Owatonna Boys Tennis to Host Mayo Again

For the third time this season, OHS boys tennis will try to finish a match with top 10-ranked Rochester Mayo. It's already been suspended by rain once and postponed another time.

The match against the Spartans is scheduled for 6:30PM Tuesday at the OHS courts after the Huskies play their match against Mankato East at 4:30PM. The Big Nine Conference meet is Saturday May 14 in Rochester. Section team competition begins next week.

OHS baseball hosts Albert Lea at 5PM at Fuller Field at Dartt's Park. The Huskies have dropped two in a row and had their game against John Marshall at CHS Field in St. Paul rained out Monday. The Tigers beat No. 1 ranked Mankato West last week. Owatonna baseball will host the Ramp Up pitching initiative after the game against Albert Lea.

Huskies softball goes to Albert Lea on Tuesday for a 5PM game. Owatonna is coming off a 3-2 victory over Rochester Mayo on Monday. Millie Wanous hit a first-inning home run and Alexa Sommers struck out six batters.

Owatonna boys golf hosts Mankato West and Rochester JM on Tuesday at 2:30PM at the Owatonna Country Club. The Huskies boys and girls track teams go to Lakeville North for the True Team meet. The first events begin around 1PM.
