Owatonna Student-Athletes Make Their College Commitments
Wednesday was National Signing Day, the first day high school seniors can sign their National Letters of Intent to participate in collegiate athletics.
Owatonna High School held an informal gathering after school to recognize a handful of students on their college commitments. Brandon Moen signed his letter to attend Division I Eastern Michigan University. Moen won a state title last season and became Owatonna's all-time leader in career wins this season.
