Woman of Achievement Nominations Sought

The Owatonna Business Women are seeking nominations for their Woman of Achievement recognition along with Young Careerist and Lifetime Achievement awards. You may submit your nominations by January 30.

The Owatonna Business Women are also offering scholarships with an application deadline of January 30. The OBW will be awarding two $1,100 scholarships to graduating seniors in Steele Count and also two $1,100 scholarships to an Aspiring Woman who has taken a break and decided tog back to pursue a post-secondary degree. The OBW will also pay for two women to complete their GED testing.

The OBW is celebrating 100 years as an organization this year. The Woman of Achievement Event will be Friday, March at Torey's. There will also be a silent auction along with appetizers at the gathering. Tickets are $25 and available from OBW members.
