Two Most Expensive Houses in Faribault

Two houses in Faribault cost $799,000 and both are listed as single family homes and near water, according to realtor.com.

The first is listed at 578 232nd St. W. with four bedrooms and four bathrooms with just around 6,050 square feet on a lot that is nearly an acre.

The other is at 3386 Circle Bluff Trail with six bedrooms with 3-1/2 bathrooms and the square footage is a little over 5,400 on a two-acre lot.

Could you imagine decorating for Christmas in a home that big? Do you have enough furniture to fill all those rooms?

I would probably need a compass and a gps to find my way around and then label each room so I would make sure to be in the right room. Boy, getting 10,000 steps would be easy every day by going from one end of the house to the other.

It would be cool just to do a walk through just to dream, right?
