The Steele County Historical Society presents its 33rd annual Extravaganza this Sunday. The event will begin at noon on July 14 at the Village of Yesteryear with the flag raising by the VFW Honor Guard and the singing of the National Anthem by Ryan Gillespie.

Admission is free. New this year will be bee keepers, gem stones, face painting and a petting zoo. Other attractions will include old time games, rope making and clothes washing demonstrations. Music includes performances from Luverne Wanous and Has Horman on the porch of the Dunnell House. The Saco Church will have the pump organ and a string quartet to entertain you. There will be a special appearance by The Skally Line sharing music and stories.

Food and drink will be available on the grounds. Hours on Sunday will be noon till 4pm
