The Steele County Blades junior hockey team skates into action Friday, October 21, against Blaine at the Four Seasons Centre in Owatonna. The puck drops at 7:30PM.

Goaltender Mike Severson got the win on Sunday. He spoke with KRFO's Roy Koenig this week. He hails from Viroqua, Wis., and helped backstop his high school to a record victory total. He went to college in New York for a year before deciding to play junior hockey.

Defenseman Tristan Klewsaat is from a small town near Colorado Springs and is enjoying his transition to junior hockey.

Youth hockey players will be admitted at no charge Friday if they wear their youth hockey jersey to the game.
