The Owatonna Public Utilities Commission announces the appointment of Roger Warehime as Owatonna Public Utilities General Manager. Warehime will assume his new role on Monday, December 3. He replaces current General Manager Mark Fritsch who will retire on December 28.

Warehime currently serves as OPU's Director of Field Operations and has been with the utility since 2004. Prior to Director of Field Operations, Warehime the Marketing and Energy Conservation Analyst. Among his other past duties at OPU, include supervising the the gas/water and electric line crews.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
