OAC To Open 2 New Exhibitions

The Owatonna Arts Center will open two new exhibitions on Sunday, July 7. There will be a gallery exhibition by Malia Wiley that deals with afghans and animals paintings. There will also be a public reception for Wiley on that date as well. Opening in the Arneson Atrium will be the Jackets and Shoes of the late Sharon Stark. Share was a founding member of the Little Theater of Owatonna and Owatonna Arts Center. Both exhibitions will run through July 28.

Coming up July 9 will be the latest Healing Arts Exhibition at the Owatonna Hospital. The public is invited to a reception from 4:30-6pm that date to meet the artists and view the exhibition.

The Owatonna Arts Center will also be the setting for a concert by Luke Berkley on Sunday, July 14 at 7pm. There will also be a concert featuring piano, vocals and cello on Saturday, July 27 at 2pm.

Tickets are also on sale for the Secret Garden Tour on Sunday, July 21. They are available at the Art Center or Kottke Jewelers.
