It’s So Cold in Minnesota, Ghosts Are Wearing Pants (PHOTOS!)

We have all kinds of cold/snow jokes here in Minnesota. There's snowplace like home! vWhen my ice house falls apart, igloo it back together! and I have a cold, it's snot funny! Seems like jokes are good for some, but not for one Minneapolis guy.

It was about three years ago he did this...an art project you say? I say you bet. A joke on a solstice level? Indeed. Also, it's just plain cool.
