Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce representatives join KDHL this morning to reveal some upcoming events.  AM Minnesota starts 9:30 this morning.

The 5th Annual Faribault Flannel Formal is coming soon.  Last year's event was held at 10,000 Drops Craft Distillers and the then new Corks and Pints.  The fundraiser for the Faribault Main Street program drew over 400 people.

The event started with music by the Rochester Caledonian Bagpipe Band and then people enjoyed classic rock performed by Horizontal Hero.

There was a hot dish competition with Laura Drentlaw declared the winner.

The Best Dressed Lumberjack and Lumberjane awards went to Nick Skogen and Amanda Northrup.

Lots of games and a photo booth were also featured.

The Annual Chamber Gala is also coming up in February so expect more information about that on our program.
