Gus’ Station Car Show Rescheduled for August 3
That weather on July 20 caused problems all over Minnesota and northern Wisconsin. Among those affected were those putting on the Gus' Station Car Show. It will be made up on Saturday, August 3 at the Steele County History Center.
Free admission to the car show from 8:30-12pm. The breakfast will not be made up.
For those showing vehicles there's a $5 per car registration. Open classes with a trophy to the top 15 vehicles voted on by participants. All entries get a dash plaque. The trophies will be presented at 12:15pm followed by a cruise at 12:30pm to Spurgy's Bar and Grill in Hope.
Proceeds go to benefit Gus' Station at the Village of Yesteryear. There are plans for a service bay to be added to the station in the future.
