Famous Owatonna Group To Turn Into A Restaurant For One Night Only
The marvelous Bold and Cold Winter Festival is right around the corner, and in honor of the event, one Owatonna group is turning into a take-out restaurant for the night.
The Steele County Historical Society is excited to announce that its Bold and Cold Soup Supper Fundraiser is back for another Owatonna winter.
Area residents have a choice between ordering delectable hot chili or savory steaming wild rice soup and oyster crackers. Each 12 oz. container costs $5.
Customers may order soup anytime until 8 pm on January 27th. Do note that only carry-out orders are being accepted this year amid the continuing pandemic. To place an order, call 507-451-1420.
Those who participate in the fundraiser can pick up their orders Friday, January 28th, from 4 to 7 pm. To receive your soup, simply enter the north side of the History Center and have your cash or check ready to go.
You can find the History Center at 1700 Austin Road, Owatonna, MN.
