Bowl For Kid’s Sake in Faribault and Owatonna

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota presents their annual Bowl for Kid's Sake. It begins Friday, April 5 at the Faribault Bowling Center from 4-8pm.It then continues the following weekend at Sparetime Entertainment in Owatonna on Friday, April 12 from 4:30-8:30pm and on Saturday, April 13 from 9-12pm.

Each person is asked to set a goal of at least $75 raised. You can get more information on the Bowl for Kid's Sake and about the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota on their web page.

As is so often the case, Big Brothers/Big Sisters continues to have a waiting list of little's waiting to be matched up with a big. There continues to be a strong need for more men. Those who would like to learn more about becoming a big are invited to stop by their Faribault office on Monday, April 8 between 11:45-12:45pm or 4:45-5:45pm as there will be staff on hand to answer any questions you may have. You may also stop by the Owatonna office on Wednesday, April 17 from 11:45-12:45pm or 4:45-5:45pm.
