Tragic Ending in Search For St Charles Woman

St Charles, MN (KROC AM News) - A sad ending in the search for a missing elderly St. Charles woman.

The St. Charles Police Dept. reported Saturday 88-year-old Patricia Poole was found dead. The department says her body was found around 11:00 AM in the city. She was missing since Monday.

The department used a Facebook post to send its thanks to all who helped in the search:

The St Charles Police Department and the Winona County Sheriff’s Office along with Mrs. Poole’s family would like to express our sincere thanks to all the volunteer organizations and community members who aided in the search.
