No. 1AA Kasson-Mantorville defeated No. 8AAA Owatonna 46-15 on Takedown Cancer NIght at Owatonna High School. The boys swimmers earned their first win of the season at Faribault.

A highlight for the Owatonna wrestling team was a victory by Brandon Moen over top-ranked Noah Ryan. Komets junior Brady Berge became Kasson-Mantorville's all-time wins leader. OHS wrestles at Albert Lea at 5PM Saturday on Kat Kountry 105FM.

The Owatonna boys swimmers picked up their first win of the season 95-88 at Faribault.

Owatonna's hockey team dominated Winona, outshooting the Winhawks by a combined 98-11. The Owatonna girls topped Winona 8-0 on senior night at the Four Seasons Centre. Shots were 48-2. Jessica "Betty" VonRuden and Meghan Rethemeier each had two goals and an assist. Asia Buryska got the win in goal. Owatonna's boys blanked Winona 6-0 with a shot count of 50-9. Braeden Meier scored his first varsity goal. Jacob Dub got his second shutout of the season.
