The Owatonna Arts Center will be hosting a Mid-Century House tour on Saturday, September 14. The tour will begin at the Arts Center and you will car pool to the homes. Nancy Vaillancourt will lead the tour, giving information about Mid-Century design and style.

After the end of World War 2 there was quite a housing shortage with so many returning from the service. Architects were trying new materials and attempting to reflect a more casual lifestyle.

Tickets are $25 and must be purchased by Tuesday, September 10 at the Arts Center. Tickets are limited.

A reminder of the Owatonna Arts Center's Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 17 starting at 7pm. The proposed budget for 2019-2020 will be given.

This Sunday, September 8 is Grandparents Day. You're invited out to the Arts Center between 1-4pm. A number of indoor and outdoor art activities are planned for that date.
