Prefabricated homes have become very popular as of late, and RISE Modular is no stranger to the business. Last week, an apartment complex being build on the corner of S. 32nd Avenue and E. 42nd Street in the Standish-Ericsson neighborhood Minneapolis is being fitted with buildings created at RISE Modular's Owatonna plant.

The $4 Million project being dubbed, "Mod 42" was mainly manufactured at RISE's Owatonna based plant and then was trucked up to Minneapolis. The apartment complex is being put together like stacking Legos on top of on another. Each box measures 16 by 72 feet and are bolted to one another to form a 30 unit, three story apartment complex.

RISE Modular's corporate office is located in Minneapolis but has a manufacturing plant in Owatonna. RISE Modular is able to cost-effectively serve the central United States, and California.
