Choo Choo Bob's Train Store in St. Paul will be holding a moving sale and "everything is for sale" according to the Facebook event created by the popular children's store. Co-owner Jennifer Southerling made the announcement on Monday.

We will be moving out at the end of October, and having our first moving sale this weekend

In 2019 Southerling and her next door neighbor purchased the iconic store from original owner Bob Medcraft promising to keep his legacy that he built over the last 14 years. Unfortunately, that legacy will be coming to an end. Medcraft, who is a former movie location scout and music video producer used Choo Choo Bob's as a launching point for the Choo Choo Bob's television show that aired for the first time in June of 2012 on KSTC.

It’s pretty hard to run a hands-on children’s toy store in the middle of a pandemic. It’s pretty sad. Retail has taken a hit over there. - Bob Medcraft
