According to the Minneapolis Fire Department, a University of Minnesota Campus Connector Bus crashed into the Acadia Cafe at 325 Cedar Ave. S around 12:15 pm.

A video obtained by FOX 9 illustrates the tragic incident.

There were two people on the bus, including the driver and one passenger. Thankfully, no one was injured.

The restaurant took to Facebook to thank everyone for the support as the craft beer bar and entertainment center announced that it will be closed indefinitely.

Yesterday, the restaurant created a Go Fund Me Page in hopes of raising funds for the now unemployed workers.

At this moment, they have raised an overwhelming $11,090. Many loyal patrons wrote sweet, heartfelt messages on the page.

Cullen B. wrote:

"Local music is important and there are far too few venues that put it on display like The Acadia does!"

Denzel K. encouraged others to donate by writing:

"Gotta keep our local gems intact."

No details have been released as to what caused the crash.
