Medford Man Accused By 12-year-old Girl Of Molestation
A forty-four-year-old Medford man is now facing criminal charges after being accused of sexually molesting a friend of his daughters.
The victim told police that she was first touched sexually by William Condon at his house when she was 10 or 11 years old. The juvenile said she woke up to Condon touching her breast and genitals under her clothes.
Condon has been charged in Steele County Court with two felony counts of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to Southern Minnesota News, the now 12-year-old girl told police in July that she’d been touched by William Condon the previous summer while staying at Condon’s cabin in Northern Minnesota.
The girl told the investigators that after Condon’s daughters had gone to bed, he allegedly forced the juvenile girl to touch his genitals and to perform oral sex on him. Condon then allegedly pulled down the girls pants and allegedly tried to force the young girl into doing other acts, but she pushed him away.
Condon is scheduled to appear in Steele County Court January 28.
