With Earth Day later this month, Owatonna Parks and Recreation announce the 1st Annual Park Clean Up. You're invited to help out by showing up at either Mineral Springs, Morehouse or Dartts Park for the clean up which will start at 2pm. Meet at one of the park pavilions. All supplies such as gloves, rakes, garbage bags and more will be provided.

When the clean up finishes at 4pm stop by Mineral Springs for a cookout along with games. Check out the Owatonna Parks and Recreation web site to find out more.

Coming up Friday, April 12 at the Owatonna Middle School from 5:30-8:15pm Owatonna Parks and Recreation will present their first floating egg hunt. Bring your own basket or bag and collect as many eggs as you can while swimming in a sea of eggs. turn your eggs in for a prize. Adults are asked to accompany their child to this event.
