Get Your Christmas Cookies

Oh boy, here we go, time to stock up on Christmas goodies. Here's a few places I'm aware of that are offering Christmas cookies and such. The Village of Yesterday will be selling cookies during their Christmas In The Village this Friday from 4:30-8PM. They will also offer them on Saturday from 10-2PM.

Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna has their bake sale on Saturday from 9-11AM. Their offerings include not just cookies but also breads, cakes, pies, candies, lefse, kolaches and more. Coffee and Coffee cake will be available for purchase starting at 8:30AM.

There will be a holiday bake and craft sale fundraiser at the Rice Lake Church on Saturday from 8-12PM. The church is 8 miles east of Owatonna on Rose Street.

Next Saturday, December 9 St. John Lutheran Church of Owatonna will be conducting their Cookie Walk. Hours will be 9-noon. Besides cookies cinnamon rolls will be on sale. Complimentary coffee and hot cocoa will be served.

There's a good start for getting ready for Christmas. What's your favorite cookie? I'm partial to peanut butter. Yum.
