Endangered Person Alert Issued For Missing Red Wing Area Woman
Bay City, WI (KROC-AM News) - Authorities in western Wisconsin have issued an endangered person alert for a missing Red Wing area woman.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the Pierce County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating 79-year-old Kathryn Schlee. A news release states she left her home in Bay City Wisconsin, which is right across the Mississippi River from Red Wing, on Monday around 11 in the morning and has not been seen or heard from since.
Investigators believe she could be traveling in an area of east-central Minnesota near Lindstrom. Her vehicle is a red/maroon 2018 Ford Edge with Wisconsin license plate 733 ETD. When she left her home, Schlee was wearing a blue jean jacket and blue jeans.
Anyone with information that could assist in finding Kathryn Schlee is asked to call 911 or call the Pierce County Sheriff's Office at 715-273-5051.
