Denver, CO (KROC-AM News) - Another Minnesotan is facing a federal charge in connection with rioting that followed the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

A news release from the US Attorney for Minnesota says 22-year-old Dylan Robinson made his initial appearance on a charge of aiding and abetting arson at the federal courthouse in Denver Colorado today. The Brainerd man was apprehended in Breckenridge Colorado over the weekend.

The charge against Robinson is based on social media postings of videos, including one, which according to prosecutors, shows Robinson lighting a fire in a stairwell at the Minneapolis Police Department Third Precinct Headquarters on the night of May 28th. Another video shows a person appearing to make a Molotov cocktail while Robinson allegedly typed on the Snapchat post, "These guys have never made a Molotov… Rookies," and "We need gasoline."
