Woman Found Stabbed To Death In Front Yard In Twin Cities Suburb

Champlin, MN (KROC AM News) - Police in the Twin Cities suburb of Champlin are investigating a fatal stabbing.
Officers were called to a residential neighborhood around 9:30 pm Monday and found a 35-year-old woman in a front yard.
Police say she was “covered in blood and not breathing.” Efforts to revive her were not successful.
A search was conducted for the suspect that included air support by the Minnesota State Patrol and a police dog but the person was not located.
The name of the victim is being withheld until family members are notified.
