Two Minnesota Troopers Hurt During Traffic Stop

St Paul (KROC AM News) - Two Minnesota state troopers were injured in a traffic crash in the Twin Cities Friday. According to the State Patrol’s Twitter account:

"Just after 9:15 tonight, troopers were on a traffic stop SB 35E and University in St. Paul, when their squad was hit by another vehicle. The two troopers and driver of the other vehicle were not seriously injured. Impairment is not suspected. This is an open investigation."

The names of the troopers and others involved in the incident have not been released yet.
