Minnesotans Can Take Part of Holiday Events around the Country

If anything good has come out of this pandemic, is that people are finding creative ways to enjoy things that they normally did in new ways.  Plus, feeling a bit of comradery because everyone is going through the same thing all over the world.  We are really in this together.

If you are feeling like you are missing out on some holiday events because of the pandemic protocols, this might be the thing for you. No, it's not getting together at someone's house or at a bar or restaurant, but it is enjoying some things from the comfort of your own home and maybe meeting some other people that you never would have met in the process. And by "meet" I do mean virtually.

There are so many events that are online and virtual that you can jump onto.  I checked out Eventbrite. There are quite a few local events right here in Central Minnesota, but if  you want to branch out, there are even more all over the country.  These are events that probably wouldn't have been an option before COVID.  Everyone would have stuck to their own bubbles. But now, it might be more of an option to check out some of these other events.

There are literally pages of options.  One of them was how to build gingerbread houses. Of course that one was sold out. But maybe  they will add another.   I've always wanted to do that, and doing it over ZOOM might be kind of fun.
