Grumpy Cat Has Passed Away

Grumpy Cat, who was just in Minnesota last November, and appeared on the scene back in 2012 and almost immediately began spreading laughs and smiles worldwide, has died. She was 7. Her family posted the news this morning on Twitter.

According to CNN, "Grumpy Cat became such a cultural phenomenon that she inspired art projects, perfumes, merchandise, Skechers shoes, comics and even a "Grumppuccino" coffee...Last year, US coffee company Grenade was ordered to pay the Bundesens $710,000 for exceeding an agreement to use her image."
