Family & Friends Of Missing Northfield Man To Hold A Rally Saturday
Family, friends, and compassionate community members will be holding a rally on Saturday morning, for a missing Northfield man. The rally is being held in an effort to keep the missing man at the forefront of the communities mind, as winter approaches, and while people are still out roaming the fields and woods hunting.
The rally will be held Saturday, November 20th at noon in Bridge Square located in Downtown Northfield. According to a post on the Facebook page, Search for Daryl Budenski, the rally will last "about 30-40 minutes with at least two speakers." Also available at the rally on Saturday will be recently designed and printed yard signs for people to put in their lawns and hold during the rally.
Those attending the rally on Saturday are being asked by organizers to "wear blaze orange or a traffic vest. If you aren't able to find a vest or blaze orange there will be some "search vests" available for you to use.
Daryl has been missing since October 1st and was last seen around 3:30 on October 1st near where he lived at the Koester Apartments in Northfield. Since Daryl's disappearance, a hat and his money clip have been located. Other than those two items being found it's almost as if Daryl has just vanished.
If you have plans to walk fields this weekend, or will be in the Northfield area on Saturday your participation would be appreciated, as the friends and family of Daryl are simply looking for answers as to where Daryl is and what has happened to him.
If you have information about seeing Daryl or know his whereabouts you are asked to call Northfield Police at 507-645-4477 or dial 911.
