Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Twin Cities woman who was caught driving nearly 100 mph in Rochester with an unrestrained child in the vehicle pleaded guilty Monday.

Under a plea agreement, 41-year-old Lindsay Bradford of Eagan pleaded guilty to driving 85 mph in a 60 mph zone.

According to the complaint, Bradford was pulled over in 2020 after a state trooper clocked her driving 93 mph in a 60 mph zone on Highway 52 near 41st St. The trooper pulled her over and saw a 3 or 4-year-old girl in the rear seat without a booster seat and no shoulder belt. Bradford was charged with speeding and a child restraint violation. The violation was dismissed as part of the plea deal. Bradford was ordered to pay a total of $230 in fines and fees and placed on probation for one year.

Court records show Bradford has been ticketed six previous times for speeding. One incident was in Wadena County in 2010 when she was clocked at 84 mph in a 65 mph zone. She was also cited for a child restraint violation.

Rochester has a bunch of buildings that could be repurposed and I'm really excited to see the changes that have happened at the old Shopko North store.  Change is hard for a lot of us and when we hear new things are happening it is hard to envision what that might eventually look like, but I have 2 thumbs up to the new look and revamp of this building!
