Sheriff’s Office Capt. Scott Behrns says the deputy tried to intervene and Breutzman pushed her. Behrns says the deputy decided to take Breutzman into custody and that’s when the woman took a swing at her and made contact with her head. Breutzman was handcuffed and taken to jail and may face an assault charge.
