Area FFA Members Recognized at MN State FFA Convention

The 93rd Minnesota State FFA Convention began with registration Sunday afternoon but really kicked off Monday morning. It sure was nice to be at an in-person Minnesota State FFA Convention again this year after missing the last two years because of the pandemic. It was a bit different this year with the Career Fair in the Coliseum on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds along with many of the Career Development Events (CDE). There were many more CDE's scattered around the University of Minnesota St Paul Campus.

Then Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday the Minnesota State FFA Convention sessions moved to  Mariucci Arena on the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus. At first I was not really happy with moving the State FFA Convention from the St Paul Campus to Minneapolis. But, Mariucci Arena has a great sound system and plenty of room for all the FFA members that wanted to attend.

Even though the Minnesota State Convention continues through Wednesday a number of FFA members from area chapters have received recognition at the 93rd State FFA Convention.
