If you've watched the show Emily in Paris on Netflix, then you probably remember the scene with the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibition. We're excited to report that that very exhibit is expected to make a stop in Iowa in the near future!

A new website and Facebook page have emerged for Van Gogh Des Moines, a unique art exhibition that's been popping up all over the world for the past few years. According to the official site, the exhibition was created by an Italian artist named Massimiliano Siccardi, and features some of Van Gogh's most popular works. You can expect to see larger-than-life depictions of The Potato Eaters, Starry Night, Sunflowers, and more. The website reads:

"Lose yourself in the ultimate immersive art experience – surrounded by over 500,000 cubic feet of monumental projections animating Vincent van Gogh’s oeuvre. Wander through entrancing, moving images that highlight brushstrokes, detail, and color – truly illuminating the mind of the genius."

Here are a couple of videos of the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit in Chicago:

As of right now, we don't yet know where in Des Moines the immersive exhibit will be held, or even when it's expected to arrive, but there is already an email list you can sign up for so that you'll be the first to know when tickets become available. You can check that out, as well as some gorgeous photos of the exhibit HERE. It appears that tickets have sold out quickly in the past, so if you really want to go, entering your email might be a good idea.
