The Minnesota Vikings and their fans went wild after their amazing last-second touchdown play Sunday that sends them to the NFC title game in Philadelphia Sunday, January 21.

Owatonna's Todd Walkingstick, a Vikings' season ticket holder and regular guest on KRFO, said from his seat that he thought Stefon Diggs may have stepped out of bounds. He was euphoric when the play was confirmed. Twitter and Facebook was filled with fans' reactions to the play.

Walkingstick held out hope throughout the back-and-forth final minutes of the fourth quarter, but acknowledged that things didn't look good when New Orleans scored with 25 seconds left. Fans went from dismay to hugging and handing out high-fives. Walkingstick said the fans were louder that any other game he has attended over the years.

Viking fans have experienced a large amount of postseason disappointment and embarrassment and now are on the verge of becoming the first team to play in the Super Bowl in their home stadium.
