Two More Fatal Traffic Accidents in Minnesota

New York Mills, MN (KROC AM News) - More death on Minnesota roads, continuing a trend that began about three weeks ago.
The State Patrol says a Moorhead man was killed Tuesday afternoon in New York Mills when the car he was riding in entered the median and rolled several times. He was identified as 21-year-old William Jackson, who died at the scene of the 4:00 PM crash. The car was driven by 21-year-old Daniel Carlson of Moorhead, who suffered non-life threatening injuries. The State Patrol report indicates he had been drinking.
A Faribault man was killed Tuesday while bicycling on a trail in the Mankato area. The 66-year-old was struck by a pickup truck when he attempted to cross a rural highway.
