10 Favorite Sounds Heard in Minnesota

The sounds of birds are an indication of the beginning of spring. Although I'll add that I heard birds during that February stretch when spring still felt like months away. But I have been enjoying the growing number of birds I've heard while out running.

It got me thinking about my favorite sounds of spring. Then about favorite sounds in general. After all, while running, my mind tends to wander. I came up with a few great ones, but felt I should carefully consult the world wide web to round out my list.
