Still A Slight Risk Of Severe Storms Tuesday Evening in Southern Minnesota
The National Weather Service says redevelopment of thunderstorms will occur this
afternoon along a frontal boundary. Some of the storms will be locally severe with large hail, damaging winds and possibly a tornado. Locally heavy rainfall will also occur.
We have already had rainfall reports of up to 2 inches in the area; another concern is possible flooding.
Skywarn spotters should still be alert later this afternoon.
We will continue in a wet and cooler pattern right into the weekend.
