Steele County Fair Benefit Dinner Scheduled

The Steele County Free Fair will have a Building Fund benefit dinner on Friday, March 18. The meal will be served at the Owatonna Hy-Vee from 4-7PM. The menu will feature baked cod, pasta choice, bay scallops, swai breaded fish, hush puppies, veggies, mashed potatoes and coleslaw for $9.99. There will also be a children's meal available for $5.99. Enjoy an A&W root beer float for $1.

Last September, almost $10,000 was raised during the fundraising barn dance. An extensive mailing of 1,200 to 1,300 took place in November and December. Since October 1, between $7,000 and $8,000 has been raised for the Steele County Free Fair Building Fund.
