Shoot An Arrow and Make a Mess

River Bend Nature Center in Faribault has an event that will involve a sport, making art and making a mess. Wednesday, May 8 from 10-11:30am they'll host an Adult Splatter Paint Archery class.

You'll be shown how to shoot a bow and arrow and then be given a chance to practice. Then they'll add paint balloons to the target. You can act like a kid and make a mess or perhaps a work of art when your arrow pierces the paint balloon.

You need to pre-register by Tuesday, May 7. The adult program is $10 per person or $5 if you're a River Bend Nature Center member. You can find out more at the River Bend  Facebook page.

A reminder the Maple Syrup Fun Run begins at 7:30am Saturday morning. And the Pancake Brunch is served from 10-1pm too.
