Russell Wilson threw for three touchdown passes, and the Seattle Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Rams, 24-3, on Thursday night to clinch the NFC West title.

Seattle (9-4-1) captured its third division title in four years as a result of the win.

The outcome of the game was never in doubt, as the Seahawks jumped out to a 10-3 lead at halftime and coasted from there. Seattle’s Tyler Lockett caught seven passes for 130 yards and a touchdown in his team’s first win against the Rams in four games.

Los Angeles (4-10) only managed 183 yards of offense on the game.
