Rice County Fair. It’s True It’s Where The City Meets The Farm
The fair is not officially open yet as I write this, but the fairgrounds are bustling with activity. We had a great three J's breakfast from the Cardinal Cafe on Tuesday morning. Jerry Groskretuz and Fair Secretary John Dvorak joined us for good food and an update on how the final fair preparations were going.
We will be at the Cardinal Cafe for breakfast each morning through Saturday. They have many great items on the menu and you are helping out Bethlehem Academy with your purchases.
The Fair Queen Pageant is the big event of the night and then some musical entertainment after from the Faribault Community Band.
