Isn't that special? Busch Light and the team at Stewart-Haas Racing are running a Midwest Polite, dubbed #bushlightpolite, car this weekend that features the midwest phrases "'Ope", "Scooch", and "Welp" on various parts of the car. This makes me want to watch, just to see the car in action.

The car has the midwest polite phrases emblazoned on the front hood, side of the car, and rear spoiler area politely asking folks to 'scooch on over' or to 'scooch right past ya'. The trunk/spoiler area let's those behind know 'Welp it was nice seeing ya' as they are passed by the Busch Light #4 car driven by Kevin Harvick.

On top of featuring Midwestern polite phrasing on their car this weekend, Busch Light has recently teamed up with John Deere and the charity Farm Rescue, where the two will donate a dollar from every 24 and 30-pack sold up to $100,000 to Farm Rescue this summer.

What's your favorite midwestern polite word? Ope? Scooch? Welp?

Duluth Beach Life! $1.23 Million Park Point Listing Puts You On Lake Superior

Not everyone who lives on Duluth's Park Point can walk out their door and be instantly standing on what amounts to 7 miles of sandy beach. However, whoever buys this Park Point townhome, which also happens to be an end unit, will have that luxury and more.

This townhome hit the market in May, 2022 and it's currently listed for $1.23 million. Located just 2 blocks from Duluth Lift bridge, it features a close-up view from your living room, bedroom and patio of all the ships and sailboats cruising though the port. Not only that, Duluth's Lakewalk and Canal Park entertainment area are just blocks away.

Featured within its 2,782 square feet are 3 bedroom and 4 baths. You'll also find 9' ceilings throughout, upper and lower-level laundry areas, granite countertops, alder wood cupboards, professionally designed and installed window coverings and plenty more to see here.

If you're going to live on Park Point, you may as well live right on the beach!
