That big windstorm that rolled across the Midwest in August caused a massive amount of damage, making it now the costliest thunderstorm in U.S. history.
Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and more of the Midwest are expected to have colder temperatures than normal this summer, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service has issued a worrisome forecast for areas of southeastern Minnesota, northeastern Iowa and southwestern Wisconsin that have been socked recently by torrential rains and damaging flooding.
