Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - A woman who was deported from the United States after she finished serving a prison sentence stemming from a deadly crash involving a school bus in western Minnesota was sentenced today for illegally reentering the country.

The US Attorney for Minnesota says 35-year-old Olga Marina Franco Del-Cid was ordered to spend 24 months in prison. In addition to the illegal reentry charge, she also earlier pleaded guilty to a charge of false representation of Social Security card on an I-9 employment eligibility verification form.

Del-Cid was found living in the Twin Cities last November even though she had been deported three years earlier following her release from state prison. The Guatemalan woman had served about eight years behind bars for her conviction on multiple counts of criminal vehicular homicide stemming from the deaths of four children who were on a school bus that collided with her minivan in 2008.
