The weather the past couple of days has been brutal! We get a taste of 70 degrees and then get hit with a foot or so of snow. People were going in the ditch left and right. Yesterday morning (April 11th) a Minnesota State Tropper was trying to direct traffic around a jack-knifed semi when the wind decided to be really rude!

The wind was whipping yesterday and this trooper fell victim to it, literally. The wind was so strong and the road was so slippery that he slid across the road and fell! Ouch! Take a look at the video from the Minnesota State Patrol:

Thankfully the trooper wasn't injured but geez, some of the stuff these people go through to make sure we're safe! Thanks to everyone (troopers, snow plows, and others) for working your butts off the past few days!
