They analyzed data across 41 points of focus to determine which states handle stress the best -- looking at things like health, money, work, and family-related stress.  So everything from income and job security to divorce rates and childcare issues.

In addition, according to a recent WalletHub survey, coronavirus has become the biggest source of stress for Americans in 2020.

  1. Minnesota
  2. North Dakota
  3. South Dakota
  4. Iowa
  5. Utah

So apparently we're so relaxed in Minnesota, it appears to rub off on our neighbors.
