Minnesota Motorists Caught Wasting Perfectly Good Cheese

Well, this is something I would think would happen in Wisconsin over Minnesota. It's no secret we are all losing it a little bit these days and this is a great example of that. I saw a tweet this week from a crime account I follow and I have been thinking about it ever since. It's pretty un-brie-lievable.

According to @MN_Crime, someone called in about a car that was doing something far from gouda, that's for sure. They state that someone called in about something suspicious on the roads in Lakeville, which is a few hours from the Twin Ports.

It turns out it wasn't as suspicious as it was cheesy. The person who called in the report said that a handful of people in a black F150 were "throwing cheese" at other vehicles. If you are familiar with the area, it happened near Kenwood Trail and Kenrick Avenue.

I have so many questions about this. Why would you waste perfectly good cheese? Of all things to throw at a car, not that you should be throwing things at cars, why are you using cheese? What type of cheese was it?

Some Minnesotans weighed in on this, stating that it might have been a "crime of opportunity" given the area this happened in is conveniently located by a grocery store and a handful of fast food chains. Again, why are we wasting perfectly good cheese?

What is even more shocking than the fact that anyone would throw cheese at another person is that it might not even be the first time this has happened in the Lakeville area! A handful of people responded saying that throwing Kraft Singles at people from behind the wheel has happened more than once in Lakeville and other suburban areas like Apple Valley. Maybe we should just save the cheese for a grill cheese sandwich?
