Minnesota Man Appears in Quentin Tarantino Film
Minnesotan Mike Moh was born in Atlanta but was raised in Woodbury. He went to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and got a marketing degree and then decided he wanted to become an actor. Definitely not the "normal" path someone takes to then be a part of a Quentin Tarantino film!
You've probably heard about a new movie called "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." It just hit theaters yesterday. In this movie, Mike portrays Bruce Lee. How awesome is that! "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" also stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, and Brad Pitt.
Mike is a martial arts teacher, KARE 11 says, and his gym is in Waunakee, WI. Bruce Lee was actually a childhood hero of Mike's. But overall, he's just ecstatic to be a part of a Tarantino film. He told KARE 11, "'I've been a fan of Quentin Tarantino for a long time and to be in his films. Just being in his film is etching myself into cinematic history. It's a really cool moment for me.'"
