Rescheduled ‘Bold & Cold’ Activities a ‘Go’ for This Weekend in Owatonna

Many of last weekend's 'Bold & Cold' Festival events and activities in Owatonna were postponed because it was a little TOO bold and cold -- and were rescheduled for this weekend.

It looks like a brilliant move, because instead of wind chills near twenty below last weekend, we should be enjoying highs in the low 30s this weekend.

Here are the events that were postponed, along with their new dates & times:

Rock On Ice

Let's go skating Saturday (2/4) night from 6:30 to 8:30 at Morehouse Park. Its completely free if you have your own skates, but there's a cost if you need to rent. There will be lots of fun with music, lights, games, and more -- plus a bonfire too.

Snowshoeing

Ever been snowshoeing before? Here's your chance -- Sunday (2/5) from 10 am to 5 pm at Brooktree Golf Course. What? You don't have snowshoes? A variety of snowshoe sizes will be available for complimentary use. When you need to warm up a bit there will be hot cocoa and cider available.

Luminary Hike

This is so cool (literally and figuratively)! Head to Mineral Springs park from 5 pm to 9pm Sunday (2/5) night. it will be absolutely beautiful. Bundle up!
