It’s A Rip Roar’n Rummage Sale

The Owatonna chapter of the Izaak Walton League is having a Rip Roar'n Rummage Sale the next two weekends. The sale is traditionally held in September but this is a special one featuring a number of new items from the former Arrow Ace Hardware store. Items include paint, driveway resurfacing material, deer and bunny repellent along with electrical and plumbing supplies. Garden and lawn items and of course sporting goods. Tents and cabin items will also be on sale.

The sale at the Steele County Fairgrounds will be Friday, May 11 and 18 from 2-7PM and Saturday, May 12 and 19 from 9-1PM.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the newly formed OHS Fishing Team. Gary Schwartz of the Izaak Walton League explains the tournaments the young folks will be in this season.
